About a week after our wedding with Zoe and Dan, we were out of Cheltenham again and over in Tewkesbury for Vicky and Craig’s wedding at Tewkesbury Abbey. The wedding photography started with bridal prep for me before heading over the abbey for the ceremony. Meanwhile, Mike was over with the groomsmen at an inn just over the road from the abbey. Tewkesbury Abbey is an incredibly impressive building, and needless to say we were both very excited about photographing Vicky and Craig’s wedding there. After a long walk down the aisle for Vicky we managed to get up near the front for some shots of the ceremony. After leaving the building, the newlyweds headed out to the front gates for some confetti before having a few couple shots in the grounds of the abbey. We then got away ahead of the couple and moved on to the reception just down the road at Gupshill Manor. The staff at the Manor had done a great job with the function room with some brilliant little personal touches. We stayed on until shortly after the first dance… long enough to witness a ‘rock-slide’ from the bride and one of her bridesmaids! A great day was had by all, here are a few shots from the wedding:
